notes

1. FCSA to furnish and install 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" & 2" meters.
2.
a) FCSA to furnish and install service line and meter box assembly to edge of
FCSA easement or VDOT right-of-way.
b) Fee includes up through 60 linear feet of service line;
service line greater than 60 linear feet shall be invoiced at cost plus 10%.
3. Contractor to furnish line, meter vault, and meter per FCSA reuirements.
4.
a) FCSA to furnish and install service line to edge of FCSA easement or VDOT right-of-way.
b) Fee includes up through 60 linear feet of service line;
service line greater than 60 linear feet shall be invoiced at cost plus 10%.
5. Lines 6" or greater in diameter shall be installed by contractor.

 

Fire line fee

50% of the difference between the availability fee for the fire line's backflow
prevention device and the building's domestic meter sizes

example: 4" backflow prevention device and 2" domestic meter
